Before submitting the final camera paper, kindly review the following points:

  • 01 Should the camera-ready paper have a plagiarism score of less than 20%, please ensure this.
  • 02 All of the figures and tables have captions and are numbered appropriately.
  • 03 All of the paper’s figures and tables are properly cited throughout the text. (It is imperative that all figures and tables be referenced within the text.)
  • 04 The paper’s title, the authors’ names, affiliations, and the spacing and detail are all accurate.
  • 05 Before the abstract, the associated author’s email address is given.
  • 06 The title should accurately summarize the paper’s substance.
  • 07 The name and affiliations of the author(s) are listed in the correct sequence (do not add the author’s title, such as lecturer, professor, research researcher, student, etc.).
  • 08 Avoid using prefixes like Dr., Mr., and so on when referring to authors.
  • 09 Please make sure the paper is well-written and close attention.
  • 10 The paper’s body references are cited in accordance with the IOP template.
  • 11 The suggested approach has been outlined in detail.
  • 12 The article has a strong organizational structure.
  • 13 The publication includes all of its graphs and illustrations in high-quality resolution.
  • 14 Equation editor software is used to type all of the equations.
  • 15 The reference list follows the correct format. This is crucial because many of the papers we found had the incorrect format.
  • 16 Avoid including the biography of the author(s) at the conclusion of the work.
  • 17 Throughout the paper, please refrain from using first-person pronouns like I, we, us, and extra.
  • 18 Do not mention the associated Institute or centre or the co-authors in the acknowledgment section.
IMPORTANT SUBMISSION FORMAT

The camera-ready documents in Microsoft Office Word document must be sent as soon as possible to the same email address. The publication office WILL NOT ACCEPT OTHER camera-ready print formats, such as PDF on its own.

Note: If the paper was written in Latex, it will still be approved in PDF format as long as the camera-ready paper’s PDF version adheres closely to the template.
