Peer Review Process

Submission & Screening

Authors submit the full paper via the conference portal. The editorial team performs an initial plagiarism check and formatting compliance check.

Technical Review

The paper is assigned to 2-3 independent domain experts. They evaluate novelty, methodology, results, and relevance to the conference scope.

Notification & Revision

Authors receive acceptance, rejection, or revision notification. Revised papers are re-verified by the technical committee.

04
Camera Ready Submission

Final Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) must be submitted along with the registration fee and copyright form.

Plagiarism Policy

ICOMMP 2026 strictly prohibits plagiarism. All papers will be checked using Turnitin / iThenticate.

  • Similarity index must be less than 15% (excluding references).
  • Self-plagiarism is not allowed.
  • Papers failing the check will be summarily rejected.
Formatting Requirements
  • File Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx) only.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 10pt (Body), 12pt (Headings).
  • Layout: Single column or Double column (as per template).
  • Images: High resolution (300 DPI minimum).
